ESTETICA
Estetica Professional Hair Design, is a full service hair salon, established in 1984 at 1438 Waukegan Road, Glenview, Illinois. In 1994, opened a second location at 1159 Waukegan Road. In 1996, the two salons merged at the second location, where it is currently servicing.
Our professional stylists are teamed up to innovate you with the newest trends and styling techniques, specializing in hair colors and color corrections.
Estetica offers free hair cuts to anyone who donates ten or more inches of hair to the Locks of Love, an organization that makes wigs for children who have hair loss due to chemotheraphy or other medical conditions.
Estetica has been a member of the Glenview Chamber of Commerce since the opening and has participated in many local and charitable events including: Glenview Fourth of July Parade, Glenview Annual Street Sale, Business Expos, Avantgarde Fashion Show in Chicago, Women of Today fashion show, Olph fashion show and many other local fashion show where he has prepared hairdos for models.

Meet Filippo
Filippo is an artist when it comes to hair. His education and artistic touch has made him a very successful hairstylist. He started as apprentice under his father, who was a master barber back in Naples, Italy. He attended L'Oreal School of Cosmetology in Naples. Then came to Chicago to join his family.
He has been a member of the Chicago Cosmetologist for more than twenty five years, where he also served on the board. He also served on other education and competition committes, being one of the first educators of Nexxus Corporation. He has been teaching classes for continuing education through the former Niles Beauty School.
